Feel and only Feel.
Through yoga, human beings can access interior spaces, shelters or islands, in which the human experience is purely sensitive; a space to feel and only feel, parking the excess of rationality and the exhausting spirals of thought. We live on the mountain, looking at the valley, in a landscape that wastes energy and where there are magical moments to connect with it. At dawn, when the energy begins to move, after the stillness and regeneration of the night, it is extraordinary to breathe and move consciously, feeling that this change experienced by light, gradually and calmly clearing, also occurs in the frame of the own body. At dusk, in the twilight traffic, when everything expanded gradually is collected in itself, it is also another exceptional moment to practice. Transitions from darkness to light and from light to darkness that become palpable through yoga.
