Next to Earth Seasonal cuisine, we offer no menu and only with reservation. We cook recognizing that food and water are living things, starting from there we elaborate healthy dishes with simple and clean flavors. From raw materials of biological origin and own vegetables grown in the garden. Vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, meat and fish, according to your choice. How we conceive food We cultivate the land, appreciating that it is something alive and fertile, full of potentialities and revelations. We see it open to the influence of the ocean of air that surrounds it and of the hand that cultivates it. The fruits of the garden pass through the kitchen and become the food we serve. We wonder to see the movement of food, of the earth, passing through the fire, transforming element, to the plate, to be ingested and transformed into the blood that circulates inside our organism. It is as if the cabbage, with all its presence on the earth, its turgor, its form of growth, its color, with the natural forces it contains, was transferred to the interior of the organism, carrying all the information it acquires in its growth process. : the sun, the water, the energy of the earth, the energy of the sky. We eat the cabbage and with it we ingest much more, we process part of the landscape in which it grows. Our food looks at food as an offering of nature, not only nourishes and is a sensory enjoyment, it is also a medicinal substance and a force that can modify our energetic condition.
